Regeneration Tour - comes to Reno?

I would love to see the tour come to Reno and think ther are venues that would book this tour. Since the tour hits Salt Lake City on July 1 and Medford on July 5, Reno could make an ideal stop. Both Grand Sierra Resort and Sparks Nugget do many 80s shows each year and are the right size for this tour. Grand Sierra has Blondie this summer and Sparks Nugget had Rockin the Colonies last summer and has had Morrissey, Men at Work, and English Beat recently. Could a stop in Reno be possible?

I'll check on Grand Sierra. I've been talking with the guy at the Nugget for a long time, he wanted July 11th but did not make a strong offer so we ended up going to Las Vegas to play at the new M Resort Spa & Casino for that day. I asked him today if he could do the 6th or 7th or 8th or 12th but he only wants a Fri/Sat and the only Fri/Sat i have is the 4th of July weekend which nobody wants for a concert.

Yes, I hope this can happen. The nugget and Grand Sierra are both such cool venues for a casino Thanks again for putting together this new wave fest again!

Nugget will only do the show if it was a Fri or Sat which we don't really have available, no response back from Grand Sierra.
